Youngest grandson and granddaughter!

Our little baseball player and his newest little Leatham cousin.  He was so cute with her!  Of course you notice she is a fashion show already!

The oldest and youngest (and only girls)

These are our two grandaughters.  Kortney Lynn Webster age (almost in 2 weeks) 21 and Charlotte Jane DuBois age 6 days old.  We are such lucky grandparents!

Our newest Blessing!

Our sweet little Charlotte Jane DuBois was born May 22, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She weighs 6 lbs 10 oz and is 19 1/2 inches long.  The DuBois family are doing fine and are so happy that this new blessing has come into our lives!

Well, I've started out with a bang!  I made is sound like I didn't like something that has happened since last September.  Not so...I just feel bad that I didn't blog all of the good things!

What's new in our lives?

I feel bad that so many great things have happened in my life since last September!  I've learned a couple of new sewing things and gotten a year older, attended LOTS of basketball and now baseball games and have some fun new adventures going on.  The new adventure of being the grandma of a missionay now serving in the Toronto, Canada Mission for one week already and expecting our 2nd granddaughter this coming week.  Only been just about 21 years since we welcomed our 1st granddaughter so it's about time we had another girl to help even out the numbers!  I have to work on my summer 2012 bucket list quickly because I only have a couple more weeks before I can start working on all the things I wish I could work into the few short weeks I have off this summer.  It has to be more fun than last summer when I lost a little extra skin and spent the summer behind sun glasses.  Anyway we will see how well I get going!

What a GREAT TIME!

Megan had meetings in St. George so I tagged along.  Last year I went with her and we attended Tarzan at the Tuacahn Amphitheatre.  It was so fun we exchanged gift certificates this summer and this year saw Grease one night, Little Mermaid the next night.  Thursday we drove to Las Vegas and went to the Venetian to see Phantom of the Opera.  That is such an experinece that everyone should make the trip.  Hard to believe but we didn't even go to the M&M Store or the Coke Store.  I know, not what you would expect from me in Vegas!  We had such an enjoyable little trip and lots of girl talk time!  Thanks Megan for letting me tag along.  Also, there was a wonderful selection of fabric at Morman Handicraft and an awesome craft store in the same little mall.  It was pretty easy to leave a chunk of change at both, but got some great fabric for a new class and some fun craft ideas.  I should just stay home everyday in my little craft room!  I am doing pretty well at having my years supply, of crafts anyway!

This weekends event!

This weekend the family event was participation in the Grand Teton Relay. Megan, Ivan, Keegan and Brittany were part of a 12 person team that started at 9:30 Friday morning in Ashton and had someone running at all times on a twisted and round about 184 miles to the Grand Teton resort at Jackson. They were awesome and such troopers. They each had to run 3 different legs that for their group included between Driggs up and over the pass to Wilson for our 4 and then the other 2 on their team to the resort. Randal and I even got in on a little of the fun by being voluteers from 10 pm to 2 am late Friday night/Saturday morning. Memories were made by all and they all ended with a smile and even a few very "soft" let's do it again next year!
